Our process begins with pre-inspection of the carpet, spotting and becoming aware of any potential problem areas. 1. Pre Agitate - To loosen carpet fibers getting them ready for cleaning. 2. Deep Pre Vacuum - "Dry soil removal" dirt is easer to remove than mud. 3. Hot Pre Spray - As a wash cycle, it's purpose is to remove soil from the carpet fiber, which we call "Soil Suspension". 4. Agitation - Aids in distribution of cleaning agent and soil suspension. 5. Hot Water Extraction - This step "steam cleans", and occurs right after the suspended soil removal. 6.
